IF HUMANS ARE A WORK OF ART, WHY IS IT OKAY TO DAMAGE THEM AND NOT ART?

New York has the largest number of homeless people in the United States. Yet, not everyone understands the real causes of them being homeless which leads to them being mistreated and disregarded. But if for some it is okay to mistreat them, then what will they say when we imitate those actions to a precious artwork.

We gathered several stories from currently homeless people explaining their journey and struggles.

These were replicated, inflicting them on artworks to be placed around streets close to the museum.
